Practiced in a room heated to 35 degrees, this Barkan method of hot yoga is built on many of the poses and philosophies of Bikram yoga. Heat improves circulation and metabolism and strengthens the cardiovascular system, while the Vinyasa method of combining movement and breath creates a dynamic flow.
